For all customized printing lines (including custom stand-up pouches, laminated film rolls, and branded vacuum bags), you guarantee that you possess the full trademark authorizations, copyrights, or legal licenses for the artwork, logos, and digital graphics submitted to us for rotogravure cylinder engraving or digital printing. Cangzhou Luxiaoyao Plastics Co., Ltd. holds zero liability for trademark disputes arising from buyer-submitted designs.

### SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card or sensitive corporate bank wire transfer information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Bank and credit card details are always encrypted during transfer over networks.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you manufacturing solutions or commercial logistics services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, with exclusive legal jurisdiction assigned to the local competent courts overseeing the Dongguang Packaging and Equipment Manufacturing Zone B, Cangzhou, Hebei, China.
